Faby is a social platform for discovering and hosting real-world experiences. The Service is not directed to children, and users must meet the age requirements in our Terms of Service.
These standards explain Faby's zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation and describe how users can report child safety concerns.
Faby prohibits any content, account, message, experience, or activity that involves or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes:
Users can report safety concerns in the Faby app where reporting tools are available. Reports should include enough context for our safety team to locate the account, message, experience, or content involved.
Child safety concerns can also be sent to support@getfaby.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
Do not send child sexual abuse material to Faby by email. Report where the material appears so we can investigate and preserve relevant records through appropriate channels.
Faby reviews reports and may use automated and manual moderation, account signals, user reports, and investigation records to identify child safety risks.
When we identify conduct that violates these standards, we may remove content, disable experiences, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, block re-registration, and take other steps needed to protect users and the public.
Faby complies with applicable child safety laws. Where required or appropriate, we report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to relevant regional and national authorities, cooperate with lawful requests, and preserve records needed for safety investigations.
For questions about these standards or to report a child safety concern, contact support@getfaby.com.
